Flagstaff Central.com, Inc will not be responsible for down time due to server issues or software problems.  Flagstaff Central.com, Inc is not liable for any loss of revenue or traffic due to technical difficulties.

Payment Terms

A subscription payment to Flagstaff Central.com, Inc's service is non-refundable.  Monthly and yearly payments automatically renew through the PayPal payment subscription process.  All monthly rates require a six month running time minimum purchase.  All yearly payment rates will automatically renew.  Payment is due unless otherwise contacted by the user at least one month prior to it's renewal date.  Prices are subject to change.

Termination or Denial of Account

Flagstaff Central.com, Inc will not be responsible for any information you place in your box.  Anyone found to be posting inappropriate content for our city guide, harassing statements, or extremely negative commentary will lose their privilege to have a box. Flagstaff Central.com, Inc reserves the right to cancel anyone's highlight box service at any time and for any reason.  Flagstaff Central.com, Inc reserves the right to not sell any business or organization ad space.  Flagstaff Central.com, Inc reserves the right to move your editorial box location at any time.

Traffic Statistics

Flagstaff Central.com, Inc. does not guarantee any amount of traffic, click-throughs, or impressions.  Flagstaff Central.com, Inc. does not track the actual traffic received through your boxes.  All statistics are variable and will not be shared with the client or users.
